Job Description

Title: Attorney Recruiting & Development Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all stages of law student and entry-level attorney recruiting, from interview scheduling to feedback collection and tracking
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for summer associates, first-year attorneys, and lateral hires
  • Help plan and execute summer associate events, training sessions, and performance tracking activities
  • Liaise with law school career services and manage logistics for interview programs and sponsorship events
  • Maintain recruiting data and ensure accuracy in the applicant tracking system (viDesktop)
  • Organize and support internal events such as welcome receptions and associate happy hours
  • Support various administrative needs and contribute to ongoing departmental projects
  • Respond to data requests, prepare surveys, and maintain records related to recruiting and associate development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 2 years of experience in a law firm setting
  • Prior experience in legal recruiting or attorney development is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (especially viDesktop) is a plus
  • Comfortable working extended hours during recruiting season
