Job Description

Title: Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email and phone to potential clients, effectively communicating the company's value proposition
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective client organizations
  • Handle client concerns and inquiries professionally to maintain and enhance the company’s reputation
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to refine prospecting strategies and share market intelligence
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive developments to strengthen sales messaging
  • Achieve and exceed revenue goals and KPIs consistently
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups through CRM tools
  • Close deals by confidently overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and securing client commitments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in a business development, sales, or similar client acquisition role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High-energy, outgoing personality with a passion for relationship building and closing deals
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales team environment
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools preferred
  • Understanding of the legal market and law firm operations is a plus
