Title: Business Development Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach via email and phone to potential clients, effectively communicating the company's value proposition
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective client organizations
- Handle client concerns and inquiries professionally to maintain and enhance the company’s reputation
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to refine prospecting strategies and share market intelligence
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive developments to strengthen sales messaging
- Achieve and exceed revenue goals and KPIs consistently
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups through CRM tools
- Close deals by confidently overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and securing client commitments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in a business development, sales, or similar client acquisition role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
