Job Description

Title: Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination, drafting, review, and revision of provider and vendor contracts
  • Maintain and update records of contract approvals, amendments, and terminations
  • Track and support regulatory approvals for healthcare-related agreements
  • Serve as liaison across departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of contract-related matters
  • Support implementation and maintenance of contract management tools and process improvements
  • Assist with collecting certificates of insurance and other compliance documentation
  • Provide general administrative and project support for legal operations
  • Prepare logs, spreadsheets, and reports to track key contract data and issues
  • Support internal training and policy updates related to contracting practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
  • Knowledge of contract review processes and terminology
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple timelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with contract management platforms a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment handling administrative-heavy work
