Job Description
Title: Paralegal
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination, drafting, review, and revision of provider and vendor contracts
- Maintain and update records of contract approvals, amendments, and terminations
- Track and support regulatory approvals for healthcare-related agreements
- Serve as liaison across departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of contract-related matters
- Support implementation and maintenance of contract management tools and process improvements
- Assist with collecting certificates of insurance and other compliance documentation
- Provide general administrative and project support for legal operations
- Prepare logs, spreadsheets, and reports to track key contract data and issues
- Support internal training and policy updates related to contracting practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
- Knowledge of contract review processes and terminology
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
