Looking for a Sr Medical Director- Clinical Development (Neurology) for a global mid-size pharma in Boston area. This high-impact role offers significant visibility and collaboration across multiple departments and all levels. The position entails critical responsibilities within the clinical development group, focusing on the development of therapies for neurology and neuropsychiatric indications across both early- and late-stage programs. The Senior Medical Director will also engage in shaping internal strategies regarding future therapeutic priorities and modalities, and will interact extensively with key global regulatory authorities, industry and scientific organizations, and external thought leaders.

Requirements Include:

• Early and late-stage experience (stronger preference for late stage)
• MD with experience in Psychiatry or Neurology required
• Experience interacting with global regulatory agencies, including successful NDA or BLA submissions and approvals
• US trained in Neurology or Psychiatry-Board Certified is preferred
• 4+years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Hybrid onsite
