Job Responsibilities
The Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for shaping strategic growth, staff engagement, and clinical outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
· Provide strategic and operational leadership to 6 Direct Reports and 120+ FTEs
· Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices
· Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
· Lead initiatives to enhance patient safety, quality of care, and patient satisfaction
· Oversee staffing, budgeting, and performance management
· Mentor and develop nursing leaders and frontline staff
