Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Ancillary Services, the Pharmacy Manager will be the primary Pharmacy Leader for the hospital and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical leaders. Key responsibilities include:

·        Oversee daily operations of Inpatient, Outpatient, Retail, and 340B pharmacy services

·        Supervise and mentor a team of 14 Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians

·        Develop and implement pharmaceutical policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements

·        Ensure proper medication storage, preparation, and dispensing according to established protocols

·        Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes

·        Oversee medication safety initiatives and quality improvement programs

·        Manage pharmacy budget and financial performance metrics

·        Participate in hospital committees related to medication use and safety

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal Pharmacy Manager will possess:

·        Experience leading 340B programming and outpatient clinics

·        At least 3 years of acute care Pharmacy leadership experience

·        Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance and strategic growth
