Job Description
Title: Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests, clients, and internal staff with courtesy and professionalism
- Coordinate visitor check-ins and handle building access protocols
- Manage inbound phone calls, emails, and message distribution
- Maintain front desk appearance and lobby area to ensure a clean and organized space
- Oversee scheduling and setup for conference rooms and AV needs
- Receive and route packages, mail, and deliveries
- Order and monitor office supplies, liaise with vendors, and support office events
- Handle administrative requests from office leadership and other departments
- Respond to facility-related issues and serve as a liaison with building management
Qualifications:
- 2–3+ years of experience in a front office, reception, or administrative support role
- Background in financial services, tech, or high-growth corporate environments is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); Google Workspace familiarity a bonus
