Job Description

Title: Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests, clients, and internal staff with courtesy and professionalism
  • Coordinate visitor check-ins and handle building access protocols
  • Manage inbound phone calls, emails, and message distribution
  • Maintain front desk appearance and lobby area to ensure a clean and organized space
  • Oversee scheduling and setup for conference rooms and AV needs
  • Receive and route packages, mail, and deliveries
  • Order and monitor office supplies, liaise with vendors, and support office events
  • Handle administrative requests from office leadership and other departments
  • Respond to facility-related issues and serve as a liaison with building management

Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in a front office, reception, or administrative support role
  • Background in financial services, tech, or high-growth corporate environments is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); Google Workspace familiarity a bonus
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Professional discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Dependable and punctual with a calm, solution-oriented mindset
  • COVID-19 vaccination required
