What You'll Do:

• Manage light industrial and/or ground-up construction projects from precon to close-out
• Lead project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communications
• Partner closely with seasoned PXs and Superintendents
• Ensure safety, quality, and timelines are met consistently

What We're Looking For:

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in general contracting
• Proven experience with ground-up or light industrial builds
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Proficiency with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project preferred
