Senior Estimator

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial General Contractor Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects, analyzing project plans and specifications, and collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and conditions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
• Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to develop budgets and schedules.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals and presentations for clients.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, bid documents, and project files.
• Monitor project costs and assist in value engineering efforts during construction.
• Stay current with industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Support project management in contract negotiations and change order processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience
• Experience in Estimating all divisions
• Big Box and/or Light Industrial Experience is a plus

Compensation:

• Base Salary from $110-150K depending on experience
