About the Role:

We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team and play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights. You’ll oversee complex accounting tasks, mentor junior staff, and contribute to financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Oversee general ledger activities and reconciliations
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
  • Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings
  • Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency
  • Assist with strategic financial decision-making
  • Train and mentor junior accountants

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
