Job Description

Salary: $90-105K base + benefits and bonus

Fully onsite in Manhattan

Hours: 8:30-5

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the individual’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and foresight.
  • Manage correspondence adeptly, prioritizing urgent matters and maintaining swift responsiveness.
  • Seamlessly orchestrate and execute meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Handle financial transactions seamlessly, including expenses and bill payments.
  • Plan and execute domestic and international travel itineraries flawlessly, ensuring every journey is seamless and stress-free.
  • Take on unique projects as directed by the C-Suite.
  • Tackle errands and miscellaneous tasks with efficiency and grace, anticipating needs before they arise.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a personal assistant, ideally within hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail, complemented by impeccable communication and interpersonal finesse.
  • Sense of discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and scheduling tools, with a keen ability to adapt to dynamic and ever-changing priorities.
