Job Description
Title: Corporate Recruiter
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the company’s end-to-end recruiting function for tech and GTM roles (engineering, CSMs, AMs, BDMs, etc.)
- Partner with leadership to define hiring needs, timelines, and sourcing strategies
- Own the candidate experience, from initial outreach through onboarding, ensuring a high-touch and personalized process
- Support onboarding, performance review logistics, and internal systems such as Rippling
- Leverage data to drive process improvements and hiring metrics
- Help identify and scope executive search needs in partnership with external agencies
- Represent the company’s mission and culture in all candidate interactions
- Actively engage in the Flatiron-based office environment, providing consistent on-site support and collaboration
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in startup or growth-stage environments
- Strong background recruiting for engineering and/or sales roles
- Experience scaling recruiting operations from the ground up; prior ownership of recruiting tools/processes highly desirable
- High EQ with the ability to form strong candidate and internal relationships
- Adaptable, low-ego, and proactive mindset; thrives in a lean, fast-moving culture
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Experience using data and hiring metrics to improve systems and outcomes
