Job Description

Duties: 

  • Develop effective HR strategies, practices, and policies 
  • Work closely with executive leadership to determine the needs of the company 
  • Coach, lead, and mentor team members to meet objectives 
  • Improve and monitor employee productivity 
  • Structure compensation and benefit packages 
  • Evaluate staffing needs and assist in the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions and interviews 
  • Oversee the performance management system, including designing and implementing performance review standards for staff 
  • Monitor the HR budget and advocate for redistribution of funds 
  • Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws, regulations, policies, and procedures 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field required 
  • Minimum five years of HR generalist experience with specific experience in training and employee relations 
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, as well as Microsoft Office 
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
