Financial Analyst

Responsibilities/Job Duties: 

• Analyzing financial data and providing forecasting support 
• Overseeing financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control, and project control 
• Assisting in financial operations including those related to invoices, coding of expense items, and review of organizational and department-specific financial and operational processes 
• Evaluating capital expenditures and asset depreciation 
• Estimating and analyzing the cost of goods and providing recommendations for continued improvement in gross margin 
• Identifying opportunities for performance improvement across the organization 

Qualifications: 

• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting 
• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting/analysis experience 
• Experienced in MS Office Suite, with expertise in Excel 
• Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills 
• An expert understanding of finance and accounting concepts required
