Job Description

Title: Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all components of an innovation-focused program, including project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
  • Support cross-functional planning for key events such as a spring conference and fall bootcamp; assist with outreach, logistics, and on-site execution
  • Serve as liaison between program leadership and internal departments (legal, sales, marketing, finance, digital) to track and support deliverables
  • Help manage and execute contract coordination, sponsor deliverables, and payment tracking with internal teams
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop print and digital collateral for campaigns
  • Coordinate development of digital assets and online content in partnership with web and design teams
  • Assist with implementation of a strategic growth plan, including development of program SOPs, presentations, and internal documentation
  • Contribute to program budget monitoring and internal reporting processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, business, marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or program support, preferably in a mission-driven or innovation-oriented setting
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized and responsive; able to manage shifting priorities across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a diplomatic, team-oriented approach
  • Must be comfortable with occasional U.S. travel (e.g., attending annual meetings or conferences)
  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or innovation incubators a plus
