Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer *$20,000 Sign-On Bonus*

You’ll be part of a growing, high-volume program with a supportive, expert team and access to state-of-the-art imaging equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive 2D/3D echocardiograms for fetuses, children, and adults with congenital heart conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and fellow sonographers to provide timely, accurate imaging that guides patient care.
  • Participate in imaging support during surgeries and cath lab procedures.
  • Travel up to once a month for rural outreach clinics to bring essential care to underserved areas.
  • Take part in a rotating call schedule with low overnight call volume.
  • Maintain imaging equipment and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Stay at the forefront of your field by engaging in ongoing continuing education.

Qualifications:

  • 1–10+ years of experience in pediatric and/or adult cardiac ultrasound.
  • Graduate of a 2-year Allied Health, Bachelor’s in Health Science, or accredited cardiac ultrasound program.
  • NM state licensure in medical imaging (or ability to obtain).
  • Current BLS certification.
  • At least one of the following: RDCS (AE), RCS, RDCS (PE), or RCCS. (Applicants without PE or RCCS must obtain within 18 months.)
  • ACS certification a plus.
