Evening Shift | No Weekends

We’re seeking an experienced, dynamic nursing leader for a Registered Nurse Manager role in a high-acuity Emergency Department in Houston, Texas. This is a great opportunity for an RN who’s passionate about emergency medicine, team development, and leading from the front—all while making a direct impact on patient outcomes and staff experience.

✨ What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and mentor emergency department staff during the evening shift

Ensure clinical quality, safety, and adherence to best practices

Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and patient-centered care

Serve as a resource and educator to support staff development

Collaborate with the Director and hospital leadership on department initiatives and improvements

📌 What They’re Looking For

BSN required; active RN license in Texas or compact-eligible state

3+ years of emergency nursing experience required

1+ year of leadership experience preferred (charge, supervisor, coordinator, etc.)

BLS and ACLS required (AHA)

PALS and TNCC certifications required
