Superintendent

A nationally recognized general contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects across various U.S. locations. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects meet quality standards, stay on schedule, and adhere to budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction supervision, with at least 3 years in healthcare projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to various project sites.
