Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Determining and defining the scope of work and deliverables
- Predicting resources needed to complete the project
- Obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
- Drafting and submitting budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements
- Managing costs in order to meet budget
- Providing direction over contracts and subcontracts
- Ensuring that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction science and management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related degree
- Occupational Safety and Health Administration 30-Hour Outreach Training
- Construction Project Management certification
- 5 years of construction experience
