We are currently seeking a Construction Superintendent with experience in commercial service and maintenance projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing field operations on multiple small to mid-size jobs.

Role Summary:

As Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations of service and maintenance projects. You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction are always top priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews across multiple small-scale service/maintenance projects.
• Serve as the on-site representative for the company and communicate directly with clients as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project schedules, resolve field issues, and adjust plans as necessary to keep work moving forward.
• Maintain detailed daily reports, site logs, and documentation.
• Assist in job planning, material procurement, and site setup.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent or foreman in commercial construction; service/maintenance or special projects experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial building systems, construction methods, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages.
• Proficiency with daily reporting tools, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; regional travel to job sites required.
