🧠 What You Bring:

• 🎓 BSN required; Master’s preferred (MSN, MBA, MHA)
• ✅ 3+ years in Surgical Services leadership (Manager or Director level)
• 🏅 Active RN license in good standing
• ⭐ CNOR / CSSM certification preferred
