  • Serve as the point of contact for legal systems and tools—managing workflows, integration efforts, and acting as system owner where needed
  • Design scalable policies and processes that support knowledge management, contract lifecycle management, matter management, and legal spend tracking
  • Partner with stakeholders across Legal, IT, and Procurement to gather requirements, define workflows, and implement user-friendly solutions
  • Coordinate and support eDiscovery efforts, from process improvement to hands-on execution of search, review, and data export
  • Maintain governance over data handling, contract compliance, and secure information management
  • Drive change management initiatives to increase adoption of legal tools and optimize team collaboration
  • Identify and track success metrics to measure impact of legal technology investments

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools, preferably in Microsoft environments; familiarity with building internal eDiscovery workflows is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate legal/technical requirements to business teams and vice versa
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with platforms such as Agiloft, Ironclad, or Onit is a plus
  • Proven track record of process improvement and workflow automation within legal or compliance teams
  • Bachelor's degree required
