Position Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated Project Engineer to support project management and field teams on exciting and complex construction projects. You’ll help ensure that every phase of construction runs smoothly, on time, and within budget—while learning from some of the best in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with daily operations and coordination
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control
• Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings
• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Help track schedules, budgets, and progress milestones
• Attend project meetings and document action items
• Maintain safety and quality standards on-site
• Contribute to project close-out and turnover activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Internship or 0–3 years of construction experience preferred
• Familiarity with construction documents and software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Team player with a proactive mindset
