Job Description
Title: Receptionist
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct all visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk and reception area
- Monitor the main office inbox and direct messages as needed
- Schedule client appointments and manage meeting room calendars
- Perform scanning, copying, mailing, and filing duties as needed
- Monitor office supply levels and place replenishment orders
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers
- Assist with assembling client packets or tax folders during peak periods
- Provide general support to partners, managers, and admin staff
- Help coordinate meetings, events, and firm training sessions

Qualifications
