Since being acquired in 2019, this GC has grown revenue 7x and added nearly 20 new team members—now totaling about 40 employees. Their portfolio includes a healthy mix of ground-up and JOC work, including a $100M+ City Loop JOC contract, U-Haul self-storage developments, and federal projects like a $30M+ VA JV and Space Force work in Colorado Springs.

With an average project size of $12M and 60% ground-up construction, they deliver high-quality work across sectors, all while keeping culture and collaboration front and center. Field and office teams stay connected through regular company outings, events, and charity initiatives.

  • Help manage project schedules and budgets
  • Ensure construction documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials
  • Attend project meetings and track deliverables/action items
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to close-out efforts and punch list completion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction (co-op/internship experience counts)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to grow and be part of a tight-knit team

Why This Role:

  • Be part of a dynamic company in growth mode with a strong pipeline
  • Work on diverse, exciting projects—from ground-up to public sector and storage
  • Join a company that prioritizes culture, collaboration, and community involvement
  • Take the next step in your career in a place where your voice matters and your growth is supported
