Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a background managing work in industrial, commercial, or institutional markets and is comfortable working in a collaborative environment with field staff, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall project planning, coordination, and execution from preconstruction to final completion
  • Manage project schedule, budget, quality control, and safety programs
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery
  • Lead procurement and contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide detailed updates to stakeholders
  • Monitor project performance, proactively address issues, and implement solutions
  • Manage and mentor project engineers and field staff
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, client requirements, and industry best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally with ground-up industrial or commercial work
  • Proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling software, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel or temporarily relocate depending on project location

Preferred Experience:

  • Tilt-up, precast, or steel structure projects
  • Self-perform or union labor coordination
  • Industrial process or mission-critical facility construction
