Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a background managing work in industrial, commercial, or institutional markets and is comfortable working in a collaborative environment with field staff, subcontractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall project planning, coordination, and execution from preconstruction to final completion
- Manage project schedule, budget, quality control, and safety programs
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery
- Lead procurement and contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide detailed updates to stakeholders
- Monitor project performance, proactively address issues, and implement solutions
- Manage and mentor project engineers and field staff
- Ensure compliance with company processes, client requirements, and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally with ground-up industrial or commercial work
- Proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling software, and cost control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel or temporarily relocate depending on project location
Preferred Experience:
- Tilt-up, precast, or steel structure projects
- Self-perform or union labor coordination
- Industrial process or mission-critical facility construction
