Position Summary:

As a Construction Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader, managing field operations and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, trade partners, and clients to bring projects to life—on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, schedules, and logistics
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout the project
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries
• Communicate project status with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve field issues and delays
• Enforce site-specific safety plans and participate in daily/weekly meetings
• Ensure compliance with design documents, codes, and specifications
• Lead punch list and close-out activities

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Proven track record with mid to large-scale jobs, preferably in occupied spaces or ground-up builds
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety regulations, and building systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
