Position Summary:
As a Construction Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader, managing field operations and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, trade partners, and clients to bring projects to life—on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, schedules, and logistics
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout the project
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries
- Communicate project status with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Monitor progress and proactively resolve field issues and delays
- Enforce site-specific safety plans and participate in daily/weekly meetings
- Ensure compliance with design documents, codes, and specifications
- Lead punch list and close-out activities
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Proven track record with mid to large-scale jobs, preferably in occupied spaces or ground-up builds
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety regulations, and building systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
