Job Description

HR Associate

Hybrid 1-2 days in the office

Pay $28-30/hr

Long term temporary role

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and manage Independent Contractor (1099) agreements, clearly outlining scope of work, duration, and compensation.
  • Guide hiring managers through the vendor management process, ensuring timely onboarding and payment of contractors.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders—Legal, Finance, Global Supply Chain, and Procurement—to align on contract protocols and continuous process improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain timely, accurate reports on contract status and progress.
  • Execute assigned special projects, contributing to HR operations initiatives and strategic goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience drafting and reviewing contracts with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent judgment and adaptability in navigating dynamic and complex environments.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
