Hybrid 1-2 days in the office
Pay $28-30/hr

Responsibilities:
- Draft and manage Independent Contractor (1099) agreements, clearly outlining scope of work, duration, and compensation.
- Guide hiring managers through the vendor management process, ensuring timely onboarding and payment of contractors.
- Partner with internal stakeholders—Legal, Finance, Global Supply Chain, and Procurement—to align on contract protocols and continuous process improvement.
- Prepare and maintain timely, accurate reports on contract status and progress.
- Execute assigned special projects, contributing to HR operations initiatives and strategic goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience drafting and reviewing contracts with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
- Excellent judgment and adaptability in navigating dynamic and complex environments.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
