Regional Medical Director

As the Regional Medical Director, you’ll be at the forefront of our healthcare services, leading and overseeing all medical activities at the regional and local levels. Reporting directly to the Kinship Health Medical Director, you will ensure the seamless planning, development, and implementation of participant care and clinical outcomes. We have two available opportunities in Kokomo, IN and Jeffersonville, IN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead regional medical services and act as a Primary Care Provider
• Collaborate on quality assessment and performance improvement programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with network providers
• Supervise and mentor primary care providers
• Develop and implement medical care policies
• Chair the Quality Subcommittee to enhance patient care and satisfaction
• Foster community involvement and education

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in senior care
• Board certified in internal medicine or family practice
• Proven leadership skills in an interdisciplinary team setting
• Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills
