Job Description
Sr Field Clinical Coordinator- Houston or Dallas Area
The Senior Field Clinical Coordinator (Sr-FCC) educates patients and caregivers on the safe use of therapies. They work from home, collaborating with clinics and account teams to support patients in a designated region through virtual and in-home visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring timely therapy initiation, educating on product safety and administration, and providing injection training.
- Using motivational interviewing to empower patients and conduct ongoing education.
- Demonstrating leadership, generate best practices, solve obstacles, and serve as subject matter experts.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, teamwork, action-oriented mindset, and high business acumen.
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical patient education and 4+ years in direct patient care for rare diseases.
- Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel, and is based in Dallas or Houston.
