Job Description
Title: Operations Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the operations team to review and interpret manual cash reconciliation files
- Compare daily reconciliation outputs between Excel-based methods and the new automated platform
- Match breaks in the automated system to the legacy process and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Support testing, validation, and feedback for platform configuration and reconciliation logic
- Escalate unresolved issues and contribute to process refinement during system transition
Required Qualifications:
- Experience performing cash reconciliations within a hedge fund or fund administrator
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including comfort with large data sets and manual rec workflows
- Familiarity with reconciliation platforms (IVP or similar systems strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently with limited oversight
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
