    Ecommerce/Inventory Director of Strategic Planning will oversee strategic planning and ecommerce operations and inventory management. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in ecommerce, inventory control, and strategic planning.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

·       Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce and inventory strategies to optimize sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

·       Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate forecasting, stock levels, and timely replenishment.

·       Ecommerce Operations: Manage the ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience, efficient order processing, and effective marketing strategies.

·       Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve ecommerce and inventory operations.

·       Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.

·       Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for ecommerce and inventory operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximizing ROI.

·       Compliance: Ensure all ecommerce and inventory activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.

·       8+ years of progressive planning experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.

·       Deep expertise in merchandise planning, retail math, forecasting, and financial modeling, preferably in an eCommerce and Direct to Consumer environment

·       Proven experience in ecommerce management, inventory control, and strategic planning.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

·       Excellent leadership and team management skills.

·       Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and inventory management software.

·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
