Job Description
A large health system in Westchester is currently seeking a UKG Administrator to join their Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity to join a hospital system that has room for growth!
Responsibilities:
The UKG Administrator will:
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Office of Legal Affairs to facilitate the identification, analysis, and documentation of business needs and requirements.
- Lead the creation of technical specifications, design documentation and testing strategies.
- Coordinate and manage tasks for the UKG System.
- Hospital wide trainings on the UKG system.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for UKG timekeeping, scheduling and reporting for all locations.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of related work experience with UKG
- Bachelor's Degree
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
