This senior-level role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge facilities including pharmaceutical, biotech, food and beverage, cleanroom, and advanced manufacturing spaces—delivering technical excellence in highly regulated and schedule-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are consistently met
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, design partners, and trade contractors
  • Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams to provide input on budgets, phasing, logistics, constructability, and value engineering
  • Provide executive oversight to project managers and field leadership teams, ensuring alignment across project goals and company standards
  • Monitor financial performance, forecast trends, and manage risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, participating in pursuits, and supporting client retention efforts in the manufacturing and life sciences markets
  • Serve as a technical and strategic advisor both internally and externally, contributing to thought leadership and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record delivering large-scale projects in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments
  • Deep understanding of cGMP, cleanroom protocols, utility systems, and technical infrastructure common in regulated facilities
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and mentor mid-level professionals
  • Expertise in construction scheduling, cost control, contract negotiations, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both internal teams and external partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred

What’s Offered:

  • The opportunity to lead transformative, high-impact projects in a forward-thinking organization with a strong reputation for excellence
  • A culture that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth
  • Competitive compensation package including performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits
