Safety Manager
Construction Safety Manager – Light Industrial Projects
A well-established and fast-growing general contractor with over $300M in revenue last year is looking to bring on an experienced Construction Safety Manager to support their booming pipeline of light industrial projects.
This firm, made up of around 70 talented professionals, prides itself on high standards, strong repeat client relationships, and a commitment to safety and excellence on every job.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and implement jobsite safety plans and programs across active projects
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and trainings
- Work closely with project teams to ensure all OSHA and company safety standards are met
- Investigate incidents and near-misses and develop strategies for prevention
- Promote a proactive safety culture across the company
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of construction safety experience, preferably in light industrial or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
- Certifications: OSHA 30 is required, 510 and CHST is preferred
