🚗 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Designing and implementing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Helping patients build independence and confidence in the comfort of their homes
• Collaborating with PTs, SLPs, nurses, and home health aides
• Supervising COTAs and providing mentorship when needed

What You’ll Need:

• A degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
• A valid OT license in the state of Virginia
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
