Job Description

We are looking for our next team member! A highly skilled and motivated Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage various electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within the electrical field, demonstrating expertise in cost control, contract negotiation, and effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with construction teams on-site.

A Day In The Field

• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing and terms.

• Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.

• Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to build effective project strategies.

What You Bring To The Team

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams on construction sites.

• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant certifications are a plus.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.

• Excellent negotiation skills with experience in contract management.
