Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee HR operations for two acute care hospitals and one rehab/FSED facility.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital leadership, including C-suite executives.
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with department leaders and frontline staff.
- Mentor and empower HR team members; foster a collaborative, non-micromanaged environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, accreditation standards, and HR best practices.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, retention, and staff development.
- Travel quarterly to regional sites for training and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (required).
- Significant HR leadership experience within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated ability to empower and lead teams without micromanagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship-building leadership style.
- Experience collaborating across departments and with executive-level leaders.
