Job Description

We’re working with a rapidly scaling SaaS organization that’s expanding its footprint across North America and looking to add a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to their go-to-market team.

This is a foundational role focused on generating quality pipeline for mid-market and enterprise accounts. You’ll be on the front lines, creating meaningful connections with key stakeholders and playing a direct role in revenue generation. If you’re motivated by metrics, love the chase, and want to build your career in tech sales, this could be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts to secure introductory meetings with decision-makers across a defined book of accounts.
  • Refine and scale outreach playbooks, collaborating with teams across sales, marketing, and ops to improve conversion and repeatability.
  • Contribute to broader GTM efforts, offering feedback and insights that improve messaging, targeting, and sales effectiveness.

What Makes a Strong Fit:

  • Previous experience in a lead gen or B2B sales capacity, ideally in a high-activity or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — clear, concise, and engaging.
  • Proficiency with common sales engagement platforms and CRMs (think tools like Outreach, Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Competitive and goal-oriented mindset — someone who sees quotas as a motivator, not a barrier.
  • Eagerness to grow into a more senior sales path with time and success.

The Reality Check:

This isn’t a role for someone looking to ease in. Targets are clear and expectations are high — you'll face rejection often and be expected to adapt quickly. But for someone who’s excited by performance-based roles and long-term sales career growth, the opportunity here is significant.
