Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our program team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective communication across departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to program staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in coordinating events, workshops, and training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular status updates.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support data entry, reporting, and evaluation tasks using tools like Excel, Google Suite, or specialized software.
  • Maintain program files and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help prepare program materials such as presentations, reports, and promotional content.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of administrative or program support experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
