Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial updates on an ongoing basis. Ie; headcount, software licenses, consulting costs
- Support the monthly close process and manage monthly uploads to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting software
- Support monthly forecasting and the annual planning process
- Update monthly reporting via Dashboards and system-driven reports
- Understanding the differences between forecast/plan and actuals (variance analysis) and be able to communicate this information to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-3 years of professional experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Must be a team player and self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and the desire to learn
