Outside Sales – Healthcare Partnerships (Pittsburgh Area)

Senior Care Coordination & Referral Services

We’re looking for a motivated and community-driven sales professional to represent our services across the Greater Pittsburgh region. In this field-based role, you'll work directly with discharge teams in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and rehab centers—becoming a trusted partner in helping families find the right senior care or home care solutions during critical transitions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in healthcare environments, loves building relationships, and is passionate about making a difference.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the go-to resource for case managers, discharge planners, and social workers throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.
  • Drive qualified referrals by helping healthcare professionals connect patients and families with trusted senior living or in-home care options.
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of healthcare accounts—making regular in-person visits, delivering educational presentations, and offering ongoing support.
  • Partner with internal care advisors to ensure smooth transitions and excellent experiences for families.
  • Manage and track all activity in a CRM—maintaining visibility into your pipeline and account performance.
  • Participate in field testing of new sales approaches, tools, or strategies and share insights to help improve outcomes and processes.

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of outside sales experience, preferably within healthcare, senior services, or care coordination roles.
  • Strong ability to establish rapport with clinical professionals and grow referral relationships over time.
  • Experience engaging hospitals or skilled nursing teams is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable navigating high-urgency situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), spreadsheets, and digital tools used in account management.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Territory Details:

  • You’ll cover a field territory across the Greater Pittsburgh area, including hospitals, rehab centers, and other care providers in the city and nearby suburbs.
  • Expect daily local travel Monday through Friday, with your weekly outreach strategy developed in partnership with your Regional Director.
  • While primarily in the field, you’ll also collaborate regularly with internal teams to ensure referral success and family satisfaction.
