Job Title: Sterile Processing Tech (Certified or Experienced)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Denver, Colorado

Shifts: Days, Evenings, Weekends, & Nights

Responsibilities:

  • Clean, decontaminate, inspect, and sterilize a wide range of complex surgical instruments in accordance with manufacturers’ guidelines.
  • Assemble and package surgical trays for high-volume operating rooms, ensuring safety and accuracy.
  • Operate and test sterilization equipment, perform quality assurance tasks, and track instruments using electronic systems.
  • Collaborate closely with surgical and clinical staff in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Apply critical thinking skills and work efficiently with minimal supervision in a high-accountability setting.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Certification required for Tech I role:
    • CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) through HSPA, or
    • CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) through CBSPD
  • No experience required for certified candidates—new grads are encouraged to apply!
  • Experienced but not certified? You’ll be considered for an entry role with a clear promotion pathway once certified (within 1 year of hire).
