- Work onsite in a professional environment Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Audit approximately 500 I-9 files, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Process both electronic and paper documentation efficiently and meticulously.
- Log information into spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Engage with employees to collect and verify necessary documentation.
- Ensure proper completion of I-9 forms in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and employees to resolve issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required for consideration.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Experience with I-9 processing and auditing is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with employees and team members.
