Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze financial data to provide insights into revenue and expense trends.
  • Develop management reports to aid executive decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with corporate and business functions to inform business strategies.
  • Create presentations and business documents to communicate financial insights effectively.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all financial analysis and reporting.
  • Support strategic initiatives within the FP&A team to enhance organizational performance.
  • Work closely with technology finance teams to align financial planning with IT objectives.
  • Engage in intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions for financial challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within financial services or IT finance.
  • Preferred 6 years of experience in FP&A roles with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial data analysis and business writing.
  • Experience in presentation development and communicating complex financial information.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 50% in-office schedule in NYC.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy in financial reporting.
