  • Lead construction projects as a Senior Superintendent, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain schedules and budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to plans.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and assets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management; 12 years preferred.
