Overview

• Lead construction projects in the light industrial sector, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules.
• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise construction activities, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor site safety practices and enforce compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address issues.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
• Resolve conflicts and challenges on-site to maintain smooth operations.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure design integrity.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision; 8 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing light industrial construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.
