Overview

  • Join a leading alternative investment management firm with a global presence.
  • Contribute to macro and fixed income relative value investment strategies.
  • Support global operations across interest rate, FX, equity, and credit markets.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee trade operations, including processing, settlement, and derivatives trading.
  • Collaborate with prime brokers, counterparties, and administrators to resolve trade breaks.
  • Perform cash and position reconciliations with prime brokers and administrators.
  • Escalate and resolve trade breaks during trading days with the Trade Support team.
  • Monitor MIS for breaks and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Support global initiatives with Front Office, IT, Finance, and Legal teams.
  • Ensure alignment across global Investment Operations teams.
  • Contribute to transitioning the firm to a new portfolio accounting system.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of middle office experience in financial institutions preferred.
  • Experience with fixed income products such as interest rates, FX, and credit.
  • Proactive and independent individual with strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel required; Python and SQL preferred.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Energetic team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and manage multiple projects effectively.
