Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires and conduct orientation sessions.
- Plan and facilitate employee events such as appreciation days and holiday parties.
- Transmit payroll changes and reconcile monthly benefits invoicing.
- Handle employment-related inquiries and refer complex matters to the executive team.
- Assist in compliance reporting, including ACA and EEO requirements.
- Maintain personnel files and manage offboarding processes effectively.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Support content creation for monthly newsletters and update shared documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years HR experience; 3 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change effectively.
- Professional demeanor with integrity and confidentiality.
- Self-starter capable of working independently and reliably.
- Experience in compliance reporting and benefits administration preferred.
