Overview

  • Engage in ESG research, analysis, and reporting to drive sustainable investments.

  • Contribute to ESG capacity-building through training and workshops for professionals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute global Real Assets responsible investment strategies.
  • Advise portfolio managers on implementing ESG objectives aligned with RI goals.
  • Conduct ESG research and analysis to inform investment decisions.
  • Assist in ESG due diligence, impact assessments, and investment documentation negotiations.
  • Collaborate on ESG data analysis and development of supporting tools and processes.
  • Lead creation and distribution of quarterly engagement reports across platforms.
  • Facilitate internal ESG capacity-building through training and workshops.
  • Provide input into ESG performance and impact reporting for stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Business, Finance, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred in relevant fields such as ESG or sustainability.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience; 4 years preferred in ESG or investment roles.
  • Strong analytical and data skills for ESG integration and reporting.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and systems relevant to ESG processes.
  • Effective communicator and team player with diverse stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of environmental/social factors and their impact on investments.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and culturally sensitive professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to travel as required for stakeholder engagement.
