Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute global Real Assets responsible investment strategies.
- Advise portfolio managers on implementing ESG objectives aligned with RI goals.
- Conduct ESG research and analysis to inform investment decisions.
- Assist in ESG due diligence, impact assessments, and investment documentation negotiations.
- Collaborate on ESG data analysis and development of supporting tools and processes.
- Lead creation and distribution of quarterly engagement reports across platforms.
- Facilitate internal ESG capacity-building through training and workshops.
- Provide input into ESG performance and impact reporting for stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Business, Finance, or related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred in relevant fields such as ESG or sustainability.
- Minimum 2 years of experience; 4 years preferred in ESG or investment roles.
- Strong analytical and data skills for ESG integration and reporting.
- Proficiency in digital tools and systems relevant to ESG processes.
- Effective communicator and team player with diverse stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Understanding of environmental/social factors and their impact on investments.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and culturally sensitive professional demeanor.
- Willingness to travel as required for stakeholder engagement.
